CANCELLATION POLICY FOR
SPANISH PROGRAM
The CIS cancellation policy is as follows: full refund minus
$125.00 of our fees if we receive notification in writing no later than one
week before arrival date; refund of all funds except 1 week tuition plus home
stay plus 125 USD if notification takes place during last week before arrival;
NO refund of untaken weeks if cancellation occurs for any reason on arrival day
or thereafter. "weeks"
are seven nights and neither can be cancelled per diem. Refunds are never made on site and can only
be requested through the original registering agency.
